Good morning, today is March 13th.

Although it's cozy in this school computer lab, I can be sure that the cold outside is unforgiving and fierce. My friend Justine is 2 seats over curiously researching her job speech. A classmates breakfast wafts scents of cinnamon buns toward my nose. This room buzzes with chatter and active minds enthusiastically working toward a great product, or just a good, fun project. The Battle Of The Bands logos are due tomorrow, and I'm sure mine is going to be critiqued positively, if not pronounced the best of my class.

Band practice looms on the sunrise of the weekend, recording should be a blast. We have so many people interested in hearing our work, and I couldn't be happier about it. Rodney (bassist) and I are getting along fine, while Bobby (drummer) and I haven't talked much. Not because of fighting, just because he hasn't came online, and he hasn't picked up his phone. Oh well.

I've been working on the basement of my house a lot, and things are moving faster then I ever thought. We have so much more space, and my dad revealed to me that he would be fine with us practicing there. I'm not taking him up on it, but for recording, it'd be awesome. Things are going to go well for my house for once.

Well, I'm out to go work on my own job speech for Friday.
